Sanjay has more than 32 years of rich and varied experience that includes more that 17 years in training and development. He started his career in sales and found purpose and passion in training.
He has delivered more than 1000 days of training, more than 300 online sessions and 500 one to one coaching and counseling sessions.
As a facilitator, Sanjay has been recognized for creating stimulating and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation and individual creativity.
He has delivered multiple batches on personal effectiveness and leadership. He has delivered long duration leadership sessions with one to one coaching. He has authored a book 'What Stands Between You and Success.'
His mission is to contribute to lives of people and add value to them.
He continues to conduct free online sessions to build positivity and enthusiasm which he started during COVID .
